Sachi began her fitness journey 14 years back when she was obese and started facing a lot of health issues at a very young age because of her unhealthy lifestyle. Determined to change her ways, she quit her HR job to get into fitness. She has done numerous National and International certifications in fitness, and is also a gold medallist in powerlifting. However, it was only after she discovered Pilates that she found her true passion for fitness. She loved the fact that Pilates had so many health benefits, and decided to open up a high-end Pilates studio in Noida named BodySync. As of now they have one branch but they are working hard towards opening up more branches soon.
