These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BodySync website, platform, features, content and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, registering on, subscribing to, or using BodySync, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. About BodySync
BodySync is a technology-enabled healthcare discovery, comparison and access platform. BodySync is designed to help users:
Discover online healthcare and telemedicine providers;
Compare available consultation prices and service information;
Discover healthcare providers and relevant services;
Access or be redirected to healthcare provider platforms;
Obtain information that may help them make their own healthcare-service choices.
BodySync does not itself provide medical diagnosis, treatment, medical consultation, prescriptions, emergency medical services, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies or other healthcare treatment services unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular service page. Where a user chooses to consult a doctor or healthcare professional, the actual healthcare service is provided by the relevant third-party healthcare provider, doctor, hospital, clinic or healthcare platform.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using BodySync, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms;
You agree to comply with these Terms;
The information you provide to BodySync is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
You will not use BodySync in a manner that may harm the Platform, its users or third-party service providers.
If you are using BodySync on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Eligibility
Unless a particular service expressly states otherwise, BodySync is intended for users who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. If you are below the applicable legal age, you should use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of your parent, guardian or legally authorised representative where required by law.
4. BodySync as a platform
BodySync acts as an information, comparison and access platform. Depending on the service, BodySync may display information relating to third-party healthcare providers, including:
Provider name;
Consultation type;
Consultation price;
Speciality;
Doctor information;
Availability or appointment information;
Provider ratings or reviews where available;
Links or access options;
Other publicly available or provider-supplied information.
The availability, pricing, timings, doctors, services and other information displayed on BodySync may change. Where possible, BodySync may attempt to maintain current information; however, we do not guarantee that every third-party price, availability, profile, timing or service detail will always be accurate, complete or up to date. Users should verify the final price, availability and applicable terms on the relevant healthcare provider’s platform before completing a booking or payment.
5. Third-party healthcare providers
BodySync may provide access to or links to third-party healthcare providers and healthcare platforms. These third parties operate independently from BodySync. When you select a provider through BodySync and continue to that provider’s website, application, telephone service, video consultation system or other platform, you may become subject to that provider’s own:
Terms & Conditions;
Privacy Policy;
Refund and cancellation rules;
Consultation policies;
Payment terms;
Medical policies;
Other applicable policies.
You are responsible for reviewing those terms before using the third-party service. BodySync does not control the medical services provided by third-party providers.
6. Medical services and doctor-patient relationship
BodySync itself does not establish a doctor-patient relationship merely because you use the Platform, search for a doctor, compare providers, view healthcare information or access a third-party healthcare service through BodySync. Any doctor-patient relationship, medical consultation, diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation or clinical decision is between the user and the relevant healthcare professional or healthcare provider.
Healthcare professionals are responsible for their own professional advice, diagnosis, treatment and clinical decisions. BodySync does not independently determine or guarantee the medical suitability of a particular doctor or healthcare provider for your individual condition.
7. No medical emergency service
BodySync is not an emergency medical service. Do not use BodySync as a substitute for emergency medical care. If you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact an appropriate emergency medical service, hospital or qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay emergency treatment because of information obtained through BodySync.
8. Healthcare information
Information available on BodySync may include general healthcare, wellness, medical-provider and telemedicine information. Such information is provided for general informational and service-discovery purposes and should not be treated as a diagnosis, prescription or personalised medical advice from BodySync. Medical decisions should be made in consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
9. Price comparison
BodySync may compare or display consultation fees and other service-related prices from different healthcare providers. Prices may:
Change without notice;
Vary according to doctor, speciality, location, consultation type or provider;
Exclude taxes or additional charges;
Be subject to promotional offers;
Be different at the time of payment.
The final price payable by the user is the price displayed by the relevant healthcare provider at the time the user completes the transaction. BodySync does not guarantee that a displayed comparison will always represent the lowest available price in the market.
10. Provider links and redirection
Some BodySync features may redirect users to external websites, applications or platforms operated by third parties. BodySync may receive commercial consideration, referral fees, commissions or other benefits from certain partners where applicable. Such commercial arrangements do not necessarily determine the medical suitability of a provider. Users should independently review the provider’s information and terms before proceeding.
11. Accounts and user information
Certain features may require you to create an account or provide information. You agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account. You must notify BodySync if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation. BodySync may suspend or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that the account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Personal data and privacy
BodySync may collect and process personal information in connection with your use of the Platform. Our collection, use, storage, disclosure and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection laws. BodySync will handle personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including applicable provisions of India’s digital personal data protection framework. The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 are currently listed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology as part of India’s applicable data-protection framework. Please read the BodySync Privacy Policy before using services that require personal information.
13. User-generated information
If BodySync allows users to submit reviews, feedback, comments, questions, suggestions or other content, you agree that:
Your content must be truthful and not misleading;
You will not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene or fraudulent content;
You will not impersonate another person;
You will not submit another person’s confidential or personal information without lawful authority;
You will not upload malicious software or harmful material.
BodySync may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
14. Reviews and ratings
Where ratings or reviews are displayed, they may represent opinions or experiences of individual users and should not be treated as a guarantee of a provider’s quality, medical outcome or suitability. BodySync does not guarantee that every review or rating represents the experience of every patient. We may moderate, remove or restrict reviews in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
15. Third-party content
BodySync may display information supplied by healthcare providers, partners, advertisers, data sources or other third parties. Although we may take reasonable steps to maintain platform quality, BodySync does not guarantee that all third-party information is completely accurate, current or error-free. Any claim concerning a third-party healthcare service should be addressed primarily to the relevant healthcare provider.
16. Payments
Certain BodySync features may require payment, including subscriptions or other platform services. Before completing a payment, the applicable price and payment terms will be presented to you. Payments may be processed by BodySync or by authorised third-party payment service providers, depending on the service. You agree to provide accurate payment information and use a payment method that you are legally authorised to use.
17. Subscriptions
Where BodySync offers paid subscription plans:
The applicable subscription price will be displayed before purchase;
The subscription period will be stated on the relevant plan page;
Benefits will be limited to the features specified for that plan;
Subscription benefits cannot be assumed to include medical consultations unless expressly stated;
BodySync may change, suspend or discontinue a subscription feature subject to applicable law and the applicable subscription terms.
Specific subscription conditions may be provided separately and will form part of these Terms.
18. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the BodySync Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the relevant service or subscription. Where a healthcare consultation has been purchased directly from a third-party healthcare provider, cancellation and refund requests may be governed by that provider’s policies. BodySync is not responsible for refunds relating to medical services purchased directly from third-party providers unless BodySync expressly states otherwise.
19. Intellectual property
All content and materials made available by BodySync, including where applicable:
The BodySync name and branding;
Logos;
Website design;
Text;
Graphics;
Icons;
Software;
User interface;
Databases;
Original content;
Trademarks and service marks;
are owned by or licensed to BodySync and are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Platform only for personal and lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit BodySync content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
20. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
Use BodySync for unlawful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
Scrape or systematically extract Platform data without permission;
Use automated systems to overload or misuse the Platform;
Impersonate BodySync, a healthcare provider or another person;
Create fraudulent accounts;
Submit false or misleading information;
Use BodySync to promote illegal activities;
Infringe the rights of BodySync or any third party;
Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
BodySync may suspend or terminate access where prohibited activity is identified or reasonably suspected.
21. Availability of the platform
We aim to keep BodySync available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
Maintenance;
Technical problems;
Internet or telecommunications failures;
Third-party service interruptions;
Security incidents;
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
BodySync may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform where reasonably necessary.
22. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BodySync provides the Platform on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that:
The Platform will always be available;
Information will always be completely accurate or current;
A particular healthcare provider will be available;
A particular medical outcome will occur;
A third-party healthcare service will meet your expectations;
A particular price will remain available;
The Platform will be completely free from errors or interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BodySync shall not be responsible for losses arising directly or indirectly from:
Medical advice or treatment provided by a third-party healthcare professional;
Diagnosis or prescriptions issued by third parties;
Actions or omissions of healthcare providers;
Cancellation or non-availability of third-party services;
Differences between displayed and final provider prices;
Third-party websites or applications;
Inaccurate information supplied by third parties;
Internet, telecommunications or technical failures;
Unauthorised access caused by circumstances outside BodySync’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BodySync, its owners, directors, employees, representatives, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your unlawful use of the Platform;
Information or content submitted by you;
Infringement of another person’s rights;
Misuse of third-party healthcare services accessed through the Platform.
25. Changes to these terms
BodySync may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
Changes to the Platform;
Changes in services;
Changes in applicable laws;
Regulatory requirements;
Operational or security requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of BodySync after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Termination
BodySync may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform where:
You violate these Terms;
Your activity creates a security or legal risk;
Required by law or a competent authority;
The Platform or a particular service is discontinued.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions which by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnification, shall survive termination to the extent permitted by law.
27. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the use of BodySync shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts/authorities in India having jurisdiction over the matter and the applicable BodySync entity. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer, statutory or other rights available to users under applicable law.
28. Grievance and customer support
For questions, complaints, technical issues, subscription issues or other concerns relating to BodySync, users may contact BodySync through the contact details provided on the Platform. Where required by applicable law, BodySync will maintain and publish the details of its designated grievance officer or other responsible contact.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally permitted. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
30. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the BodySync Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer and any service-specific terms displayed on the Platform, constitute the applicable agreement between you and BodySync regarding your use of the relevant Platform services. Where specific service terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific service terms shall apply to the extent of the conflict.
Important healthcare notice
BodySync is a healthcare discovery, comparison and access platform. BodySync is not itself a doctor, hospital, clinic, pharmacy or emergency healthcare service. Healthcare consultations and medical services accessed through third-party providers are provided by the respective healthcare professionals or healthcare organisations. For medical emergencies, contact an appropriate emergency healthcare service or hospital immediately.
